Abstract:

In general, wind flows anticlockwise around a cyclone in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere. But tornadoes can have an anticlockwise or clockwise rotation in either hemisphere. Do you know why? Is it really impossible for a cyclone with anticyclonic flow to exist?
